I’m Karen Whitten, author of The 25 Mindsets: Understand Anyone, Even Yourself. I’m grateful you’re here. My greatest wish is for you to see how extraordinary YOU are. You’re not a random assortment of traits and characteristics; you’re perfectly designed with a principle, passion, and purpose.

What led me to this work? In my mid-thirties, I felt burned out and sensed that something vital was missing. Despite professional success and a rewarding fourteen-year career at Microsoft, I found myself at a crossroads. I made the difficult decision to leave my corporate career and committed to find my passion, no matter what. This determination not only led me to discover my own passion but also reveal a groundbreaking paradigm that helps others do the same.

I know with confidence that you, too, can find your passion. But you won’t find it if you’re looking for the ‘activity’ that is your passion. When my journey began, I explored various activities—skiing, fly-fishing, scuba diving, remodeling, volunteering—to find my passion. What I ultimately learned is that passion is not merely an activity. To reveal our passion, we need to shift our focus from the activity to what the activity accomplishes. I came to see that it is our ‘highs’ that teach us so much about our underlying motivation.

What started as a desperate quest to uncover my own passion has evolved into a personal mission to make passion and purpose accessible to all.  Knowing your ‘forever’ passion and purpose are within reach. It’s not only possible, it’s a journey worth taking—one that leads to deep satisfaction and fulfillment.

Today, it is my honor and pleasure to work with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, students, couples, and professionals to help people honor the innate gifts of their individual mindset. I do what I do so that people can be who they are and do what they do best. Based in Montana, I am dedicated to helping people worldwide discover their passion and purpose.
